This summer, we undertook an exciting project to refresh our Joann brand guidelines, giving our intern, Haley Mcaster, a valuable opportunity to make a meaningful contribution. By modernizing our guidelines, we revitalized the brand and infused it with new energy and creativity. Under Catherine Newquist's guidance, Haley brought a fresh perspective to the transformation, ensuring our guidelines capture the vibrant spirit of Joann while resonating with our diverse audience.

Joann Creative Services took the lead in unifying and branding our expnading range of eco-friendly products arriving in stores. We developed a cohesive program name and an icon system that enables customers to easily identify the benefits of these products, enhancing their shopping experience and highlighting our commitment to sustainability.

With the launch of the brand's first Impact Report in 2023, we have consistently aimed to infuse our branding energy into the content. Our focus has been on making the information engaging and easily digestible for our audience.
